Catherine's tombstone is engraved with the dates 16 Nov 1851-18 Apr 1910. However, as she is listed with her family on the 1910 census, dated 5 May 1910. Perhaps the census reflected all individuals as of April 1, 1910?
John Stromberger found the following brief articles about Lottie, quoted verbatim, from a Washington, Illinois newspaper:
October 17, 1901: "Mrs. Dr. McLemore, of Mason City, is visiting her parents, D. S. Sheppard, Sr. and wife, and her brother, J. S. Sheppard and sisters Mrs. H. L. Zinser and Mrs. Anna S. Lester."
November 16, 1906: Mrs. Lottie McLemore came up from Mason City today to spend her 55th birthday with her parents Capt. and Mrs. D. S. Sheppard. Mrs. McLemore was born hera at Cooper."

Reddick Sibley is listed as settler on government lands in the parish between 1832-1860. In 1806, Reddick Sibley received a land grant in Effingham County, GA bounded by land belonging to R. Albritton and by Sibley land. (Casagranda, 1850 Census, 109).
The History of Sabine Parish, Louisiana (author John Belisle, The Sabine Banner Press, 1912) states that "in 1860 the white population of Sabine Parish numbers about four thousant, and there were less than two thousand slaves. There were few really wealthy people in the parish, and many owned not more than one of two slaves. the owners of six or more in 1861 included R. L. F. Sibley.
Rick Carr emailed, on September 27, 2019, that "You have Isaac's sons listed as Reddick, Robert Lansford Flint, and William. Isaac's sons were Reddick, Robert Flint, and William Lansford. Robert Lansford Flint Sibley belongs in the next generation, and is the son of Reddick. I've seen him mistaken for his uncle Robert Flint a number of times, but they really are two different individuals."

FindAGrave shows her as a daughter of James S. SIGMAN and his wife Harriet, both also memorialized on FindAGrave. At the time of the 1940 Federal census, Wilbern and Bessie were living in the home of 82 year old Hattie SIGMAN in Ohiowa, Nebraska. She was listed as widowed, and born in Ohio.
Anna was an excellent cook of Czech food, and loved music, enjoying and participating in the Bohemian plays held in the local Czech hall. It was her delight to raise flowers around her home and she loved singing the old Czech songs as she went about her work. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors from 1910 and a member of the local amateur theatrical circle fromthe time it organized.
Anna had a sister Mary Sima Havlicek of Dillonburg, Ohio, along with sister Antonia Sima Lavova and brother Stanley Sima. (Milligan, p 198).
