Kay Parker McCary shows he was buried with his wife, Lee Oma Norsworthy.
She also indicates, apparently in error, that he was first married to Mary Jane Easely. Mary Jane appears to have been the first wife of Williams' father, Watler Cook Rice.
His Texss Death certificate, viewable online at www.familysearch.org, Texs Deaths, 1890-1976, showed that he was a student, and that he died by accidentially drowning near Milam, Texas.
His FindAGrave memorial page shows him as a son of Lallister Lott Rich and Ida Williamson. There is also a photo of his military marker, embossed with a cross, his name and dates, and "S1 US NAVY WORLD WAR II."

Your Haplogroup and mutations relative to the Cambridge Reference Sequence (CRS) are shown below. A value of CRS indicates no mutations. High resolution (HVR2) results are shown only if you have requested the mtDNAPlus or mtDNA Refine test. If you ordered a Mega mtDNA the Coding Region (CR) will be displayed below.

?b?Haplogroup Description?/b? J* Specific mitochondrial haplogroups are typically found in different regions of the world, and this is due to unique population histories. In the process of spreading around the world, many populations-with their special mitochondrial haplogroups-became isolated, and specific haplogroups concentrated in geographic regions. Today, we have identified certain haplogroups that originated in Africa, Europe, Asia, the islands of the Pacific, the Americas, and even particular ethnic groups. Of course, haplogroups that are specific to one region are sometimes found in another, but this is due to recent migration. The mitochondrial haplogroup J contains several sub-lineages. The original haplogroup J originated in the Near East approximately 50,000 years ago. Within Europe, sub-lineages of haplogroup J have distinct and interesting distributions. Haplogroup J* -the root lineage of haplogroup J-is found distributed throughout Europe, but at a relatively low frequency. Haplogroup J* is generally considered one of the prominent lineages that was part of the Neolithic spread of agriculture into Europe from the Near East beginning approximately 10,000 years ago.
At the time he registered for the World War I draft, he was a resident of Montgomery, Pennsylvania and working for Barrow & Richardson of Philadelphia as an advertiser. He was of medium height and build, with blue eyes and light hair. His nearest relative was Evelyn Rouse Richardson, of the same address, presumably his wife?
Likely the daughter of Dan and Sarah Richey listed in dwelling 323 of the 1850 Sabine Parish Census. (Casagranda, 1850 Census, 100). Wallace L. McKeehan, on his website SONS OF DEWITT COLONY, TEXAS, shows her parents as Daniel RICHEY and Sarah K. BROWN.
Melba Gene McLemore insteads shows his date of birth as 31 October 1910 and date of death as 15 February 1922 (in Phoenix).
This appears to be incorrect based on census records. He was listed as age 18 at the time of the 1930 census---living with his maternal grandparents. This would put his year of birth around 1912, and mean that he was alive until at least 1930.
